He was predeceased by: his father Gerald R. Donahue; his uncles, Peter Leonard, Robert Donahue and Anthony; and his aunt Betty Gibalerio (Leonard).

He is survived by: his mother Teresa Donahue (Leonard); his brothers, Richard (Lisa) of Worcester, Kevin (Kerry) of Brookline and Brendan (Colleen) of Holden; his nieces and nephews, Katie, Ryan, Evelyn and Seamus; and his uncle Laurence Donahue of Florida. He is also survived by several cousins and many friends.
