She was predeceased by: her parents, Valmore Dumais and Dorothy Dumais (Peach); and her brother William "Dewey" Dumais. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Shannon, Finn, Avery, Onòra and Quentin; her husband Kevin Reed Callahan; her sons, Shawn (Grace), Brendan (Stephanie) and Kyle (Dawn); and her brothers, Val Dumais (Susan) and Mark Dumais (Lisa). She is also survived by eight nephews and a niece; and nine grandnieces.
A funeral service was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Our Lady Star of the Sea Church (85 Atlantic Ave, Marblehead, MA 01945). A burial was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 11:15 AM to 11:30 AM at the Waterside Cemetery (294 W Shore Dr, Marblehead, MA 01945).
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
