He is survived by: his son Sonny Phoeuk; his daughter-in-law Nicole Marsoobian-Phoeuk; his grandsons, Dylan Phoeuk (Madeline Chalmers) and Dimitri Phoeuk; his great grandchild Xia Phoeuk of Swampscott; his sister-in-law Touch Phang (Meng Ngov); his nephew Andy Ngov; and his niece Susana Ngov of California. He is also survived by his brother and two sisters, and many nieces and nephews.
