He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph C. Benoit and Mary Benoit (Muscatel); and his sister Barbara Crimaldi. He is survived by: his wife Geraldine A. Benoit (Jaworski); his children, Genevieve Benoit of Swampscott and Brett Benoit of Swampscott; his siblings, Phillip Benoit (Eileen), Josie Babbit (Alan), Annette Cournoyer (Robert), Debbie Arena (Steve), Carol Grant (Ed), Gerri Bonano and Delores Taverna; and his sister-in-law Karen Guelfo (Larry). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
