We are sad to announce that on July 24, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Joseph C. Benoit Jr. of Swampscott, Massachusetts. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph C. Benoit and Mary Benoit (Muscatel); and his sister Barbara Crimaldi. He is survived by: his wife Geraldine A. Benoit (Jaworski); his children, Genevieve Benoit of Swampscott and Brett Benoit of Swampscott; his siblings, Phillip Benoit (Eileen), Josie Babbit (Alan), Annette Cournoyer (Robert), Debbie Arena (Steve), Carol Grant (Ed), Gerri Bonano and Delores Taverna; and his sister-in-law Karen Guelfo (Larry). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. John the Evangelist Church (147 Humphrey St, Swampscott, MA 01907). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 12:45 PM at the Swampscott Cemetery (400 Essex St, Swampscott, MA 01907).
