Laurel A. Gormley Obituary

It is with sadness that the passing of Laurel A. Gormley (Swampscott, Massachusetts) is shared. Laurel, born on July 19, 1962, passed away on July 24, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Laurel will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. Friends and family will honor Laurel by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence she had in their lives. Though Laurel is no longer present, the bonds she created and the experiences shared will endure. Laurel’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew her.

She was predeceased by: her mother Collette Gormley. She is survived by: her father John L. Gormley of Salem; her sister Maureen Gormley; her brother-in-law Jim Kinkead of Bethesda, Maryland; and her nieces, Alayna and Kayla Kinkead.
