He was predeceased by: his parents, Costanzo Casale and Giacinta Casale. He is survived by: his wife Johanne; his children, Karen Casale, Janet (Frank Sweeney), Greg (Laurie Casale), Jeff (Silvana Casale) and Jim (Laura Casale); his grandchildren, Nicholas, Alexa, Luciano, Molly, Mia, Ryan, Kayden, Thomas, Isabella, Austin, Zack, James and Benjamin; his great grandchild Sloane; and his sister-in-law Dorothy Markowitz.
