She was predeceased by: her husband Conrad L. Chouinard, Jr.; her parents, Nellie Barton (Fountain) and Larry Barton; her siblings, Joan Dandreo (Daniel "Cheche), Deacon John Barton (Marsha), Marie Barton Kaplan (Mel), James "Butch" Fountain and Mary Crissinger; her brothers-in-law, Martin Chouinard, Fred Hurd and George Walkey; and her parents-in-law, Jessie and Conrad Chouinard, Sr. of Beverly.
She is survived by: her daughter Leah Antaya (Brian) of Swampscott; her granddaughter Eva Antaya of Swampscott; her siblings, Kathleen Walkey of Swampscott, Anne Lopez of Malden, Joe Fountain (Cindy) of Maine and John "Wishy" Fountain (Pam) of Quincy; and her sisters-in-law, Lisa Chouinard of Danvers, Sandy Hurd of New Hampshire and Judy Fountain of New Hampshire. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
