She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Leventhal and Evelyn Leventhal; and her brothers, Norman (Fran Leventhal) and Gerald. She is survived by: her husband Harold Hoffman; her children, Jeff (Jules Hoffman) and Carrie (Ariel Berger); her grandchildren, Eliana, Jackson Berger and Olivia Hoffman; and her sister Judy Leventhal. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Temple Ner Tamid (368 Lowell St, Peabody, MA 01960). A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at the same location.
