He was predeceased by: his parents, Eduardo Botelho and Aldina Botelho (Soares); and his brother Eduardo Botelho. He is survived by: his spouse Noemia Botelho (Soares); his siblings, Gilberto Botelho of Fall River, Gabriella Botelho of Porto, Maria Do Carmo Botelho of Sao Miguel, Fernanda Rodrigues of Fall River and Isaura Medeiros of Sao Miguel; his sons, Phillip Botelho (Michelle) of East Providence, Edward Botelho (Betsy) of North Kingstown and Peter Botelho (Wendy) of Swansea; and his grandchildren, Sarah, Alexander, Zachary, Edward, Abigail, Benjamin, Gianna and Noah.
