It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cheryl Roy (Swansea, Massachusetts), who passed away on January 29, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her child Kyle C. Roy; and her parents, Clifford Johnson and Jeannette Johnson (Ouellette). She is survived by: her daughter Kelly Roy-Sale (Shawn) of Swansea; her grandson Gavin Sale; her goddaughters, Kerry Lynne of Swansea and Cheryl Thompson; and her friend Melissa Pimental of Fall River. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.

“I am saddened to hear of Cheryl Roy's passing. I wanted to let her know that I have thought often of Kyle on that fateful day. I was the woman that saw the accident that took his life. I had wanted to let her know, that I have never forgotten Kyle even after all these years. I never meant him in person, but that day he became part of my life.. Went often to his grave and just talked to him. Though I am not family, I always felt comforted just being there. Blessing, Marge Jones.”
