He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph R. Pavao and Maria Pavao (Braga); and his brother Jim Pavao. He is survived by: his sons, John Pavao II of Florida, David Pavao (Paula) of Swansea and Christopher Pavao of Swansea; his grandchildren, Lily, Emily, John III and Lauren; and his brother Antone R. Pavao of Wisconsin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
