She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Gawlik and Madeline Gawlik (Mallon). She is survived by: her husband Frederick B. McCormick; her daughters, Colleen J. Capelo (Michael) of Holly Ridge, NC and Joy A. Medina (Stephen) of Swansea, MA; her grandchildren, Katelyn Amaral, Jason Turner, Alexus Amaral and Kyla Medina; her great grandchild Joshua Turner; her stepgrandchildren, Cody, Kayla and Maddison; and her sister Carol Seney. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.
