She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert L. Pontes and Arlene Pontes (Carpenter); and her brother Wayne R. Pontes. She is survived by: her close friend William Wilson, Jr.; her children, Wendy L. Walters (Stevie Adams) of Westport and Dustin S. Keith of Benton, KY; her brother Victor J. Pontes (Karen Jacome) of Somerset; her grandsons, Justin McLaughlin, Dustin Keith, Jr., Cory Bennett, Aaron Bennett and Andrew Bennett; and her former husband Charles Keith. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a local animal shelter.
