He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Leary and Catherine Leary (O'Laughlin); and his brother Leo Leary. He is survived by: his daughters, Kelly Sipe (Mark) of Somerset and Erin Aguiar (Morgan Reitzas) of Swansea; his grandchildren, Michael, Hannah, Hillary and Samantha; his great grandchildren, Marilyn, Mason, Freya and Dawson; and his sisters, Mary Machado of Fall River and Kathy Gauvin of Dartmouth. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
