He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Mullen and Agnes Mullen (Alston); and his sibling Russell Mullen. He is survived by: his wife Anna Mullen (Rego Silva); his children, Peter F. Mullen (Kerri) of Woodstock and Pamela A. Campos (Edward Vieira) of Swansea; his sister Marjorie Normand of Somerset; his grandchildren, Reiley, Megan, Colby, Bailey and Brianna; and his brother Donald Mullen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
