She is survived by: her children, Joseph Avelar (Ana) and Maria Teixeira (Jose); her grandchildren, Melissa Bouchard, Joshua Avelar, Jessica Avelar and Armanda Pereira; her great grandchildren, Jordan Pereira, Abel Avelar, Ami Avelar, Haillie Avelar, Lia Avelar and Ari Avelar; and her brother Americo Sousa Trindade.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Calendar Silva Funeral Home (80 Broadway, Taunton, MA 02780). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 8:30 AM at the Silva Funeral Home (80 Broadway, Taunton, MA 02780). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Saint Anthony Church (126 School St, Taunton, MA 02780).
