She was predeceased by: her parents, Matthew Goulart and Annie Goulart (DeCosta); her son Scott R. Medeiros; and her siblings, Matthew Goulart, Robert Goulart, Sandra Roderick and Andrea Butler.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon Flannery (Randy) and Dennis Medeiros (Michele); her grandchildren, Scott Flannery, Ryanne Dahm (Ryan Faith), Dylan Medeiros (Kayla) and Paige Medeiros (James); her great grandchildren, Kennedy, Wyatt, Vivian, Greyson, Gavin, Ainsley and Addy; and her siblings, David Goulart, Richard Goulart and Joanne Guimond.
