He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Hazen (Fisher) and Loyd Hazen. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Helen Hazen (Longstaff); and his children, Sandra Sousa, Wanda Hazen, Wayne Hazen, Mark Hazen, Valerie English, Dawn Thayer and Glenn Hazen. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren, and four great-great grandchildren.
