He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward J. O'Keefe, Sr. and Therese O'Keefe (Foley). He is survived by: his wife Michelle O'Keefe (Scanlon); his siblings, David O'Keefe (Stephanie) of Narragansett, RI, Maureen O'Keefe of South Boston, Rosemary Chretien (Richard) of South Weymouth and Marti O'Keefe McKenna (Ron) of Norwood; and his children, Matthew O'Keefe (Bruna) of Kingston, Elizabeth Macaione (Kevin) and Laura Lamar (Kurt) of Pembroke. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Liberty Christian Center (159 Winthrop St, Taunton, MA 02780). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
