She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond J. Ducharme; her parents, Frank Vaz and Bella Vaz (Berthao); her siblings, Bella Vaz Medeiros, Frank Vaz, Joseph Vaz, Antonio Vaz and Mary Lafferty; and her siblings-in-law, Gerard Ducharme, Roland Ducharme, Richard Ducharme, Norman Ducharme, Yvette Conaty, Marion Davis and Theresa Gomes.
She is survived by: her children, Marie Pawlowski (Stanley) of Taunton, Theresa Hebert (Glen) of Taunton and Raymond Ducharme (Lynne) of Taunton; her brother Alfred Vaz of Attleboro, MA.; her siblings-in-law, Paul Ducharme, Margaret Ducharme (Peggy) and Jeanette Ducharme; and her grandchildren, Nathan Pawlowski, Nicholas Pawlowski, Paul Pawlowski, Alex Hebert, Brent Hebert, Arielle Dennis, Rachel Davis and Lydia Ducharme.
