He was predeceased by: his wife Judith Navarro (Coelho); his parents, Ramon Navarro and Georgina Navarro (Ortiz); his siblings, Raymond Navarro and Edilberto "Eddy" Navarro; and his sister-in-law Hilda Navarro.
He is survived by: his children, Frank Navarro Jr. (Lisa) of Coventry, RI, Isabelle Valdez of Taunton, MA, Richard Navarro (Sherry) of Taunton, MA, James R. Navarro (Ana) of Pawtucket, RI and Jamie L. Cowen (Scott); his grandchildren, Chelsea N. Navarro of Taunton, MA, Justin R. Navarro of Taunton, MA, Mackenzie B. Navarro of Taunton, MA, Nicholas A. Navarro (Summer) of San Diego, CA, Meghan G. Navarro of Taunton, MA, Ryan J. Navarro of Pawtucket, RI, Brooke C. Navarro of Taunton, MA, Avery S. Cowen, Emmett A. Cowen and Callie R. Cowen of E. Taunton, MA; his great grandchildren, Isabella, Ellie and Raiden; and his brother Armand Navarro. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
