He is survived by: his wife Betty Ann (Overstreet); his children, Wesley Allen Oliveira (Kara Benavides-Oliveira) and Tanya Ann Oliveira; his granddaughter Kinzlei Oliveira; his siblings, Kenneth Oliveira (Johanna) and Cheryl Lake; his niece Jendel Oliveira; and his nephew Westley Oliveira. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
