She was predeceased by: her husbands, Antone J. Lopes and Steven Cook; and her parents, Anna Correia (Donahue) and Armindo Correia. She is survived by: her son Steven A. Cook Jr.; her daughter-in-law Fran Parker of Taunton; her siblings, Mary Ann Mosier (Roy) of Taunton and James P. Correia (Louise); her grandchildren, Steven Cook III, Ryan Cook and Brandon Cook; and her stepchildren, Nancy Pacheco, Cindy Lopes, Lisa Lopes and Louis Cavallo. She is also survived by 3 God children, and several nieces and nephews.
