We are sad to announce that on April 4, 2024, Joan Clifford of Taunton, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband William Clifford, Sr. of Mary's Church; and her siblings, Daniel Sullivan, Francis Sullivan and Robert Sullivan. She is survived by : her children, Kathy Briggs (Robert Branagan) of St. Pete Beach, FL, William Clifford, Jr. (Robin) of Poquoson, VA and Karen Kelly (Stephen) of Stoneham, MA.; her grandchildren, Jason Briggs, Michael Briggs, Jennifer Briggs, William Clifford, III, Katherine Miller, Casey Briggs, Leanne Pataky, Reed Clifford and Daniel Kelly; and her great grandchildren, Emily Briggs, Elizabeth Briggs, Maxwell Briggs, Vivienne Miller, Winona Pataky and Adeleine Miller. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.

A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 at 9:30 AM at the O'Keefe Wade Funeral Home (70 Washington St, Taunton, MA 02780). Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Family Church (372 Middleboro Ave, East Taunton, MA 02718). A burial was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 at 1:45 PM at the Bourne National Cemetery.
