He is survived by: his parent Alberta Frances Parker Burgess; his children, Lonnie Burgess of Ty Ty and Melissa Gillespie of Summerville; his son-in-law Jim Gillespie of Summerville; his siblings-in-law, Jimmy D. of Tifton, Nell Burgess of Tifton, Hilton Burgess of Tifton, Betty Sue Burgess of Tifton, Grady Burgess of Columbus and Ray Mathews of Enigma; his grandson Justin Walker; and also, Latrelle Cone, John Cone of Tifton, Sherry Worth and Rob Worth of Eustis.
