John Tripp Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on November 18, 2025, John Tripp of Taunton, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Tripp and Edna Tripp (Hogan); his former wife Patricia Tripp (Casey); and his siblings, Gerald and Mary Elizabeth.
He is survived by: his sons, John (Vivianne) of Holden, MA, Barry (Jennifer) of Arlington, MA, Chris (Kelley) of West Roxbury, MA and Daniel (Lynn) of Raynham, MA.; his siblings, Frederick Tripp Jr. (Cynthia) of Taunton, Margrett "Peggy" Urban (Stanley) of Wallingford, CT and William Tripp (Katherine) of Falmouth, MA; and his sister-in-law JoAnn Tripp. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Additionally, he was a lifelong blood donor for the American Red Cross, and frequently organized Blood Drives at THS where he led by example with his donations and also encouraged countless students to donate as well.
