She was loved and cherished by many people including : her husband Daniel H. Eckman Sr.; her daughters, Joann Sumner of New Bedford and Tami Lee Maldonado (Luis) of Taunton; her stepchildren, Christine Nurmi (Bill) of Maine and Daniel Eckman Jr. (Natalie) of Plymouth; and her siblings, James Grillone, Lois Amaral, Linda Reis and Jack Amaral. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
