He was predeceased by: his parents, John Rogers and Anna Rogers (Machado). He is survived by: his wife Linda L. Rogers; and his children, Manuel Rogers Jr., Betty Ann Rogers of Taunton, Deborah (Manuel Rodrigues) of New Bedford, Gwendolyn (Daniel Henley) of Upton, Valerie (Scott Burdick) of Fall River, Christine (Fernando Oliveira) of Fall River and Kimberley Rogers (Carlos Dos Santos) of Fall River. He is also survived by his daughters, he leaves 15 grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
