She was predeceased by: her husband William E. Sullivan (Sully); her parents, John Lewis and Emily Lewis (Wager); and her siblings, Walter, Richard, John Lewis, Margaret "Peg" Powers, Florence Harris and Gerry Menard.
She is survived by: her daughter Michaela Hayes (Joseph Peter, III) of Mansfield; her grandchildren, Connor Sullivan Hayes (Lauren) of Milton and Bryanna Elizabeth Doherty (Andrew) of North Attleboro; and her great grandchildren, Maeve Elizabeth Doherty and Declan Hayes Doherty.
