He was predeceased by: his parents, James Devlin and Lena Devlin (Bacaris); and his brothers, James, Tommy and Robert Devlin.

He is survived by: his wife Irene Devlin (Almeida); his sons, Gary Devlin, Scott Devlin and Raymond Devlin Jr. (Nancy); his sister Patricia Sousa; and his granddaughters, Brittany and Paige Devlin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
