He was predeceased by: his parents, Ugo Palazzi and Ida Palazzi (Alegi); his wife Shirley A. Palazzi (Sullivan); and his daughter-in-law Donna Palazzi. He is survived by: his children, Susan Provencher (Donald), Richard "Rick" Palazzi (Kelly) and Lori Gonsalves (David); his siblings, Anita Moitoza and Raymond Palazzi; his grandchildren, Jason Hebert, Kelly Provencher, Lisa Provencher, Greg Provencher, Lauren Moses, Jill Nelson, Ross Palazzi, Ashley Silvia, Jordan Silvia and Cory Palazzi; and his great grandchildren, Sofia Hebert, Juliana Hebert, Cameron Shaw, Bo Shaw, Jack Moses, Madison Nelson, Hunter Silvia and Brody Palazzi.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that gifts be made to support *BWH Cardiovascular Center* at Brigham and Women's Hospital.
