He was predeceased by : his parents, Stephen Slavick and Jeannette Slavick (Cote); and his brother William Slavick (Michelle) of Taunton. He is survived by : his wife Kathleen Slavick (Leonard) of Taunton; his siblings, Stephen Slavick (Patricia), Joanne Murphy (Michael) of Taunton and Peter Slavick (Tina); and his grandsons, Wil and Ben.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at 8:45 AM at the O'Keefe Wade Funeral Home (70 Washington St, Taunton, MA 02780). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Nicholas of Myra Church (499 Spring St, North Dighton, MA 02764).
