He is survived by: his parents, Pamela Ratliff and Steven Witherell; his wife Melissa Witherell; his children, Arianna Witherell, Roger Witherell Jr., Cameron Witherell and Averie Witherell; and his grandmother Celia Witherell (late Allyne Witherell).

Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Riendeau Mulvey Funeral Home (467 Bay St, Taunton, MA 02780).
