He is survived by: his wife Donna Jean LaPointe; his children, Ronald Jr., Nicalos (Abigail), Caitlin (Shawn) and Nathien; and his siblings, Donald LaPointe (Dawn) of Savannah, Georgia, Debra Hayes (Rich) of Bourne, Massachusetts, Richard Tweedy (Faith) of Stoughton, Massachusetts, Ernest LaPointe Jr. (Brenda) of Taunton, Massachusetts, Kenneth LaPointe (Lynn) of Attleboro, Massachusetts, Vicki Diggle (David) of Central Falls and Linda Leary (Rick) of Fredericksburg, Virginia.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Riendeau-Mulvey Funeral Home (467 Bay St, Taunton, MA 02780).
