She is survived by: her husband John O'Connell; her children, Edward Cripps V (Terri), Stephen Galvin, Jr., Rachel-Marie Quinton-Medeiros and Jessica Lee O'Connell; her grandchildren, -Leigh Medeiros of Alabama, Romeo Medeiros and Edward F. Cripps VI; and her siblings, Jeffrey Briggs, John Briggs, Jay Briggs (Melanie) and Susan Clavin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
