"Jack" Ciavola, Jr.; her children, Angelina Ciavola (Russell Potter) of Framingham and Brandon Ciavola (Cassie) of Templeton; her siblings, Raymond Milton (Linda) of Leominster, David Milton of Leominster, Joseph Milton (Barbara) of Leominster, Sharon Davis of Florida and Ann Minnicucci (Kenneth) of Clinton; and her grandchildren, Aiden, Sterling, Regan and Cameron. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
