He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Bernard and Laura Bernard (Nolan). He is survived by: his wife Charlene J. Bernard (Surette) of Templeton; and his sister Estelle Michalewicz of Gardner. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Boucher Funeral Home (110 Nichols St, Gardner, MA 01440). A Mass will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Annunciation Parish (135 Nichols St, Gardner, MA 01440). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Notre Dame Cemetery.
