Charlotte A. Jensen Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Charlotte A. Jensen of Tewksbury, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 9, 2025 at the age of 87. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Charlotte A. Jensen to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Lavacchia and Mary Lavacchia (Ray); and her sister Mary Ann Foye. She is survived by: her husband David Jensen; her children, Mark Minghella (Michelle), DiAnne Proctor (Ric), Doug Minghella, Dave Jensen Jr. (Deanna), Mike Jensen (Christina) and Tim Jensen; and her brother-in-law Duke Foye. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:45 PM at the Nichols Funeral Home (187 Middlesex Ave, Wilmington, MA 01887). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 at 6:45 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Charlotte's memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 320 Nevada St. #201, Newton, MA 02460.
