With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James William Cole Sr. of Tewksbury, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 9, 2025 at the age of 75. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edward Cole and Marie Cole (LePore); his wife Denise Cole (Countie) of North Reading; his children, Dawn M. Collins (Kerry) of Rowley, James W. Cole, Jr. (Rosa) of Tewksbury and Krista M. Cole of Tewksbury; his siblings, Edward Cole, Jr. (Janet) of Chelsea, Thomas "Bucky" Cole (Carol) of Saugus and Patsy Pistone of Revere; and his grandchildren, Kyle, Kayla, James, Jordyn, Joseph, Julianna and Sophia. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Carafa Family Funeral Home (389 Washington Ave, Chelsea, MA 02150). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Grace Church (59 Nichols St, Chelsea, MA 02150).
