He is survived by: his parents, James Guy and Lorraine Guy (Collins) of Wilmington; his wife Jenifer L. Guy (FitzPatrick); his daughter Jacquelyn Ann Guy of Tewksbury; his sisters, Lynda Bolduc (John) of New Hampshire and Leanne Jennings (Kyle) of New Hampshire; his parents-in-law, Jim and Barbara FitzPatrick of Reading; his siblings-in-law, Kelly, Pedro Fitz-Silva, Jim Jr., Brenda FitzPatrick, Pamela FitzPatrick, Eddie FitzPatrick, Kristen FitzPatrick, Matt Johnson, Tom, Luciana FitzPatrick, Lori, Blair Addor, Jesse and Kim FitzPatrick; and his goddaughter Madison FitzPatrick. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and at 7:15 PM at the Nichols Funeral Home (187 Middlesex Ave, Wilmington, MA 01887). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Wilmington Knights of Columbus (126 Middlesex Ave, Wilmington, MA 01887).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be gifted to Jay's daughter, Jacquelyn Guy to help fund her schooling and future aspirations in life.
