He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur J. Botelho, Sr. and Alice (Menezes); and his brother Arthur Botelho, Jr.. He is survived by: his siblings, Billy Botelho of Cambridge, Sandra Botelho, Willy Valesquez of Stoneham, Bonnie Carney (late Edward) of Billerica, Mark Botelho, Paula Pasquale of Cambridge, Joanne Grillo (Frank) of Wells, ME and Steven Botelho of Heath, MA. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
