He is survived by: his siblings, Michael McCarthy (Adrienne) of Billerica, David McCarthy (Charlene) of Billerica, Donald McCarthy of Woburn, James McCarthy (Linda) of Nashua, NH and Mary Lou Douzepis (Harry) of Saco, Maine.; his siblings-in-law, Peter, Lori Schultz of Tewksbury, Nancy Schultz of Townsend, Laura, Joe Lavigne of Waltham, Paul Schultz and Jeffrey Schultz; his nieces and nephews, Amy McCarthy (Matthew Gawel), Michelle Nary (Eric Howard), Leah Hartung (Cole), Nathan Powers (Courtney), Jason Powers, David McCarthy (Amy), Steven McCarthy (Kate), Eric Treem (Sara), Amy Lavigne, Jen Lavigne and Derek Lavigne; and his pet Chopper. He is also survived by many great-nieces and great-nephews, friends.
