She is survived by: her parents, Ted Simard and Marybeth Simard (Jamrog) of Thorndike; her son Hunter Moynahan of Thorndike; her siblings, Kyle Simard (Julivette) of Three Rivers, Massachusetts, Sarah Moxley (Jason) of Florida and Adam Simard (Kevin) of Florida; and her nieces and nephews, Felicity, Rosemary and Mia.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 9th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Beers & Story Funeral Homes - Palmer (1475 N Main St, Palmer, MA 01069).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to a fund established for Heather's son.
