He was predeceased by: his mother Marian Tatro (Oertel); and his brothers, Henry and Calvin Tatro. He is survived by: his father Lewis Tatro; his sons, Nathan Tatro (Amie) of Lafayette, GA and Lee Tatro (Cindy) of Ludlow, MA; his grandsons, Tyler Tatro, Jake Tatro, Eli Green and Noah Green; and his siblings, Donald Tatro (Elaine) of Chicopee, Rena Bennett (David) of Chicopee, Faye Reid (William) of Agawam, John Tatro (Linda) of Three Rivers, Joanne Sutton of Three Rivers, Violet Gauthier of Ludlow and Josh Tatro of Belchertown. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other extended family members and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Nowak Funeral & Cremation Services (15 Ludlow Ave, Springfield, MA 01151). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
