He was predeceased by : his parents, Alfred A. Donato and Maria Di Donato (Coiro); and his brothers, Angelo Di Donato, Nicolas Di Donato and Americo Di Donato.
He is survived by : his wife Kathleen Di Donato (Jeffrey); his children, Alfred J. Di Donato (Nicole) of Beverly, Carla Lucas (Frank) of Topsfield and Danielle Martinez of Valencia, CA; his grandchildren, Kyle Lucas, Kaylee Lucas, Lilah Di Donato and Enzo Martinez; and his siblings, Mario Di Donato, Settimo Di Donato and Irene Di Donato. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
