It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carroll McCaffrey (Topsfield, Massachusetts), who passed away on November 1, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband John Francis McCaffrey Sr.; her parents, John R. Donahue and Mary Carroll Donahue; and her siblings, Mary Kay Gersuk and Jack Donahue Jr..
She is survived by: her children, John F. McCaffrey Jr. (Bree) of Southlake, TX, Timothy McCaffrey Sr. (Alyson) of Houston, TX, Robert McCaffrey Sr. (Ashley) of Milton, MA and Carroll Willa (Keith) of Topsfield, MA.; and her grandchildren, Macyn, Miller McCaffrey, Mary, Timothy McCaffrey Jr., Kailyn, Hunter Willa, Betsy, Bert and Teddy McCaffrey. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Rose of Lima Parish (12 Park St, Topsfield, MA 01983). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM at the Hart House (51 Linebrook Rd, Ipswich, MA 01938).
