He is survived by: his sons, Maurice B. Mitchell of Topsfield, Massachusetts, Peter A. Mitchell (Katherine) of East Greenwich and Dan Mitchell (Alanna) of Norwood, Massachusetts; and his grandchildren, James, Abigail and Cashel. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, extended family.
