He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Downs and E. Hope Downs (Broome). He is survived by: his wife Emily Downs (Buckley); his children, Matthew (Christine Downs) of Boxford and Allison (Michael Feldhusen) of Salem; his grandsons, Nathan and Jacob Downs; Matthew.
