Aldis E. Higgins Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Aldis E. Higgins of Townsend, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 5, 2025 at the age of 85. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Aldis E. Higgins to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Higgins and Doris Higgins (Flint); and his siblings, Lewis Ernie Higgins, Bruce Higgins and Marcia Higgins.

He is survived by: his wife Barbara Higgins (Joyce) of Townsend; his children, Paul Higgins (Michelle) of Woonsocket, RI, Kimberly Harvey (Paul) of Woonsocket, RI and Karen Ferrante (Ron); and his stepchildren, Kevin Joyce of Chicago, IL, Richard Joyce of Groton, Thomas Joyce of Cambridge, Steven Joyce (Diane) of Littleton and Maureen Naughton (Thomas) of Groton. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and many nephews and nieces.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to New Beginnings United Methodist Church at 265 Main Street Townsend, Massachusetts.
