She was predeceased by: her husband Allan; and her parents, Roy Sherwood and Marion Sherwood. She is survived by: her children, Ken (late Kathy), Gordon (Poppy), Glenda (Tom Greenaway), Kathy (Jack Jamison), Gary (Donna), Steven (Tina), Carla (late Keith Dmitryck) and Donna (Donald Lyons). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
